Full Description
The objective of this Technical Information Paper is to list several important quality parameters of a printing ink. The list represents many physical, chemical and performance properties for flexographic printing inks.The intent is to establish a comprehensive list of quality characteristics which can be discussed with individual ink suppliers to help establish performance requirements for a box plant.
The list provides a starting point for communication between ink users and suppliers so that critical ink properties can be identified for a given application. Once identified, quality specifications can be mutually developed.
