This Part affects serving MD-IS manufacturers, home MD-IS manufacturers, and the developers of Serving Accounting Distributor, Home Accounting Distributor and Consolidation Accounting Distributor functions. This Part does not directly affect CDPD subscribers, Mobile End System (M-ES) manufacturers, or Mobile Data Base Station (MDBS) manufacturers.
