Scope

This standard covers requirements for the carriage bolts, machine bolts, double-arming bolts, double end bolts and nuts used in overhead line construction.

Purpose

A need exists for a stamdard indicating the basic dimensional and performance requirements for the above bolts and nuts used on overhead lines.
