This two-DVD set captures both live web seminars where Barry Rittberg (Fluor Corporation) explained the value of implementing a Lessons Learned Program and the elements in the Lessons Learned Process. He also demonstrated the tools found in CII Implementation Resource 230-2, Implementation of Lessons Learned Programs, that assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an LLP. In addition, Mr. Rittberg presented the key considerations to keep in mind when developing an LLP.
