This interactive web seminar series provides a standardized approach to identifying and communicating owners' value interests, the CII ValueShare Tool. This is a key tool to help contractors formulate the most appropriate response to these owner interests. It also safeguards owners against the risks that might follow when the communication of a strong preference for one value interest generates a less diligent response to an undervalued interest.

Based on just-released results from CII's Research Team 266, A Standardized Approach to Identify and Define Owner Value Interests and Align the EC Response, this powerful two-part web seminar series allowed participants to apply the tool in two realistic case studies, review results with the presenter, and obtain clarifications on a real-time basis.

This two-hour DVD captures both live web seminars where Dr. Ivan Damnjanovic (Texas AM University) explained the research behind the ValueShare Tool, then demonstrated its beneficial application by both owners and contractors.
