User-friendly, this Microsoft Excel spreadsheet assists in evaluating the degree of trade-off and identifies techniques to optimize cost and schedule. Ranks project drivers, quantifies the trade-off, ranks techniques by effectiveness, and lists applicable techniques by project phase.
