Identifies and describes critical elements in a scope definition package. Enables project teams to identify project risk factors related to cost, schedule, and operating performance. This PDRI tool focuses on small infrastructure projects: generally those valued at less than $20 million and of shorter duration, whether new construction, renovation/revamp, or recurring.
