Full Description

A computer model of a water distribution system is a set of equations that predicts the pressures and flows in that system. Results from a model, however, are only as accurate as the data with which they are determined. This article discusses model calibration and offers suggestions for making such models as error-free as possible. Includes 5 references, tables.
