The San Antonio (Texas) City Water Board promotes customer service awareness throughout the entire organization. New employees are introduced to the concept during orientation. Work crews leave job site questionnaires at residential work sites; the questionnaires ask whether the repair work was performed in a timely manner, whether it was satisfactory, whether the work crews were productive, and whether the work site was left clean.
