This article reports the current developments related to rules promulgated or proposed under the Safe Drinking Water Act, such as the Lead and Copper Rule, Phase V Rule, the Disinfectants/Disinfection By-Products Rule (including the Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule and the Information Collection Rule), the Radionuclides Rule, and the Sulfate Rule.
