Full Description

This paper explains the importance of extracting actual system performance data from existingsystems that are being examined for the purpose of optimization and retrofitting. It pointsout the tests to be taken and where to locate access points to allow for these tests. Varioustypes of access points are reviewed with their comparative value. Most of the paper relatesto water systems with some time spent on steam and a mention of direct expansion. Theorganization of actual system testing is also discussed.
