Conference Proceeding by ASHRAE, 1989
G.M. Maxwell, Ph.D.
In stock
The integration of computer-aided design software into a senior-level heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning design course is presented. The course content and prerequisite material are presented along with a list of software topics covered in the design l aboratory. The students were exposed to the software through weekly laboratory exercises developed to reinforce the fundamental principles of moist air processes, duct design, piping design, and building thermal load calculations. Three laboratory exercises are discussed along with the design project.
