Full Description

For a five-building campus in Nun's Island, near Montreal, Bell Campus uses innovative mechanical systems that rely on a hydronic loop to distribute and dissipate heat where and when needed. Active recovery on the DOAS provides an excellent option for first stage of heating, and has seasonal efficiencies exceeding 100%.
