Full Description

The controls industry, in general, has migrated from pneumatics to electronics to direct digital controls (DDC) to Internet Protocol (IP) based controls. This column will explore the past and discuss the reasons for so many possible approaches to mission critical controls today (each with their own merits) and where mission critical controls are headed.
